There are five main revenue levers: paid events, memberships, brand sponsorships, venue and partner deals, and premium experiences such as workshops, trips and merch. Most communities rely on tickets alone; the ones earning $10k a month use three or more.
Add up every cost, including your own time, set a profit target, then divide by the number of tickets you realistically expect to sell. Add an early-bird price and a premium tier, and use paid tickets to cut no-shows.
Build a short sponsor deck that leads with your audience, create a rate card with three packages, and message the marketing lead at brands your members already use. Follow up at least three times, then send a recap after each event and pitch a renewal.
Pick one headline benefit, add a few perks that cost you little, price it at roughly two events a month, and open a 7-day founding window. Message your 20 most engaged members personally before announcing it publicly.
